Grafic problems

I have big problems when I start the server.

I use Vista 32bit

when i open the server i can't see login window every time and when i am in the game i cant see all bars and can't see my character as well. I also can't open the inventary and see it than. i tried it on another pc with Vista too and it works. what could be the problem at my computer.

pls help me
