Update problems

To Admin i'm writing to you again to ask you to try sort out the update as i've try all your suggestions and i still not able to get on to server due to thye update having possible virus in it,as its not just me that has this problem pls i'd like to be able to continue playing on this server as i have friends on it pls help thank you for your time Admin
